- This is set to be an occasional blog – a few personal views on the subject of reality television. I’m not sure whether I’m unfortunate to have lived through the age of celebrity or lucky. On the one hand I feel ashamed to live in a country where such mediocre ability is celebrated, on the other, the genre reassures me that people are predictable – like directionless moths drawn to wherever the light shines brightest.
